Early Care & Training

Our programs are designed to support parents, caregivers, and child care providers by offering expert guidance, training, and resources to help children grow and thrive. Providing the tools and support needed to nurture young minds and create positive early learning experiences.

Early Education

We connect families to quality child care resources, financial assistance, Headstart, and training opportunities. Our mission is to ensure every child has access to safe, nurturing, and stimulating environments.

To recognize the foundation of our communities – the family unit – the Family Guidance Center sponsors the Families of the Year Awards. Families chosen by the Selection Committee will be recognized at an annual Families of the Year Awards Ceremony.

Building Safer Communities,
One Life at a Time
Gun violence affects individuals, families, and entire communities. The Community Violence Intervention (CVI) Program is here to help. Through crisis response, mentorship, and victim support, we’re working to prevent violence before it happens and provide healing for those impacted. The Program is Funded by the Montgomery City Council and Montgomery County Commission
