Navigating relationships, communication, and life choices as a teen can be challenging. The Alabama Youth Relationship Education (AYRE) Program is designed to help teens build healthy relationships, develop life skills, and make informed decisions for their future.

Through engaging activities, discussions, and hands-on learning, AYRE provides practical guidance on communication, conflict resolution, emotional well-being, and responsible decision-making. This program helps teens gain confidence, strengthen relationships, and prepare for life beyond high school.

The AYRE Program offers interactive and engaging activities that help teens build confidence, develop positive relationships, and gain essential life skills.
  • Healthy Relationship Education: Learn how to build strong, respectful relationships with friends, family, and romantic partners, Understand the importance of boundaries, communication, and trust.
  • Decision-Making & Life Skills: Gain tools for effective problem-solving and handling peer pressure, Develop self-awareness and confidence to make informed life choices.
  • Conflict Resolution & Communication: Learn how to manage disagreements and resolve conflicts in a healthy way, Practice effective communication skills to strengthen relationships and prevent misunderstandings.
