The Child Care Education & Training Program offers continuing education and specialized training for directors, assistant directors, teachers, center staff, family child care providers, and parents to ensure that every child receives the best possible care.
Our training series and workshops are tailored to different age groups and developmental needs, equipping caregivers with essential tools to create safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environments.

Resource Lending Libraries

The Montgomery and Dothan Child Care Resource Lending Libraries, in partnership with the Department of Human Resources, promote quality child care by providing information, education, and assistance to child care providers and directors, parents, and community members. Both are comprehensive lending libraries that offer children’s books, curriculum books for teachers, resource kits, video and audio tapes, and periodicals available for check out.
Helping educators, parents, and child care professionals enhance their skills and provide quality care for young children.
Our training sessions, workshops, and resources are designed to support child care professionals in expanding their skills, understanding child development, and improving classroom environments.
