Separation and divorce bring big changes to families, and children often struggle with feelings of confusion, guilt, anger, and sadness. The Families in Transition (FIT) Program provides guidance, education, and support to help parents and children adjust to these life changes in a healthy, constructive way.
FIT is not a group therapy program, but rather an educational resource led by trained professionals who help families learn strategies for communication, co-parenting, and emotional well-being. By working together, parents can create a more stable, supportive environment for their children during this transition.
The Families in Transition Program is designed to help parents and children cope effectively with the emotional and practical challenges of separation and divorce.
