The Family Service Center of Jefferson County hosted the 8th Annual Child Abuse Prevention and Balloon Release on Tuesday April 11th at 1 pm. We had over 60 participants from the community, community partners and funders including DHR and Children’s Trust Fund. We had guest speakers from Jefferson County DHR and Ruby Felton from the Exchange Club CAP Center.
